| This sample uses all the techniques of collage. The original black/white version was created using photography shot in San Francisco on May 6, 1984, and utilized Xerox copies, physical pasteup, and a mechanical pen. On August 9, 2011, the artwork was scanned and edited in Photoshop. The edit involved replacing some of the hand lettering with typesetting, as well as a considerable amount of retouching and colorization. |
